Sourcing, verification and corrections

Provider sources

We use official hospital/clinic pages and identified booking directories. Profiles link to their recorded provider source. Photos are associated with the named doctor at the source; missing portraits use initials. Shared booking-desk numbers are labelled and are not presented as personal phone numbers.

Verification labels

Unverified means an independent medical licence check has not been completed. Pending means a review is not complete. Verified is reserved for a recorded licence check, with date and registration details when available. A working booking link, a portrait or a provider-source review is not sufficient for a verified licence label.

Review dates and missing facts

A source-reviewed date is shown only when a source check has been recorded. It is not an appointment-availability timestamp. Missing qualifications, languages or fee information means the data have not been supplied; it does not mean a doctor lacks qualifications or language ability. We do not invent reviews, prices, outcomes or registration details.

Corrections and provider requests

Use the Contact page to identify the affected profile, describe the correction and include a public supporting source. Do not send medical records, symptoms, identity documents or other patient information. Submissions are stored in the CMS review queue. A submitted change is not automatically published and we do not promise a response time.

Appointments and independence

Appointments are completed with the linked provider under that provider’s terms. We do not confirm appointment slots or fees. Profile position is not a clinical recommendation; it is based on recorded profile completeness.
